ANDREW WILLCOX, Kitchener-Waterloo Corporate/Business Law and Wills & Estates Lawyer

Andrew articled with Duncan, Linton LLP, and joined the firm as an associate following his call to the bar in 2021. Andrew’s practice is focused on Corporate/Business Law, Wills, Estate Administration and Estate Planning.

Andrew was born and raised in Kitchener, Ontario, and attended high school at Grand River Collegiate Institute. He then obtained his Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. Prior to his decision to attend law school, Andrew worked as an accountant at a prominent international accounting firm.

Andrew attended law school at the University of Western Ontario, where he earned a Juris Doctor in 2020 (with distinction) and received awards for maintaining the highest academic standing in both Tax Law and Property Law. During his summer months, Andrew worked for a professor as a legal researcher in the area of Tort Law.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys playing and watching a wide variety of sports, including baseball, hockey, golf, running, and squash.
